A member of the Commonwealth Leadership
TM Alliance (CLA) – a group of like-minded organizations focusing on providing opportunities for individuals to be better business leaders through the community.
CORE VALUES AND PRACTICES
Teamwork | Curiosity | Care | Trust
With Spark, you’ll attend 3-4 meetings each academic term, which equates to approximately 6-8 hours per month. We’ll provide opportunities for you to engage, be challenged and better yourself.
As a Spark member, we’ll grow with you, at your pace. Following our four professional pathways, members will build in milestones for continuous learning, rather than all at once, to elevate your experience. Spark is meant to be a journey, encouraging personal growth.
Outside of improving your hard and soft skills, Spark can connect members with a lifetime of learning opportunities, as well as access to a community motivated to inspire and assist with your transition and future in the business world.
Principled Decision Maker | Self-Manager | Responsible Communicator
