COMMITMENT
With Spark, you’ll attend 3-4 meetings each academic term, which equates to approximately 6-8 hours per month. We’ll provide opportunities for you to engage, be challenged and better yourself.
MEMBERSHIP PHASES
As a Spark member, we’ll grow with you, at your pace. Following our four-phase paths, members will build in milestones for continuous learning, rather than all at once, to elevate your experience. Spark is meant to be a journey, encouraging personal growth.

The Program
The EBLC program provides candidates with the tools of Analytical and Critical Thinking.
Clarity – in discovering opportunities and outlining problems.
Analysis – in gathering and analyzing relevant information and data.
Action – in making decisions and modeling outcomes and contingencies.
