COMMITMENT
With Spark, you’ll attend 3-4 meetings each academic term, which equates to approximately 6-8 hours per month. We’ll provide opportunities for you to engage, be challenged and better yourself.
MEMBERSHIP PHASES
As a Spark member, we’ll grow with you, at your pace. Following our four professional pathways, members will build in milestones for continuous learning, rather than all at once, to elevate your experience. Spark is meant to be a journey, encouraging personal growth.

The Program
The EBLC program provides candidates with the tools of Analytical and Critical Thinking.
Clarity – in discovering opportunities and outlining problems.
Analysis – in gathering and analyzing relevant information and data.
Action – in making decisions and modeling outcomes and contingencies.
